Hi, I’m Natalie, a UX designer and entrepreneur based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Now working with Volvo Cars, and before that, Verizon and Walmart at Zemoga

For the last six years, I’ve designed solutions that simplify people’s lives through technology.
01
I studied Digital Graphic Production at LCI Bogotá. To develop my skill set, I also read books, articles, and took courses on user experience, analytics, artificial intelligence, and more from organizations like the Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation, and the University of Helsinki.
02
I’ve designed experiences for small and medium-sized companies, including my own startup. From industries like automotive, e-commerce, media and entertainment, health, fintech, and education.
03
I’ve worked with cross-functional teams throughout the product life-cycle, including product owners, developers, and QA teams, to launch solutions informed by human-centered insights and data.
04
I’ve designed graphical user interfaces (GUI) for web and mobile (iOS/Android) products according to best practices for each platform.
05
I have emerging experience in designing voice user interfaces (VUI) for smart assistants (e.g. Alexa and Google Assistant), chatbots, and application of artificial intelligence (AI) on digital products (e.g content recommendation).
06
I’m skilled at communicating conceptual ideas and design solutions backed by design rationale.
Over the years I’ve been lucky to work for various companies and industries.
